Health is important irrespective of the gender. However female body has lot of hormonal changes over a period of time due to which it’s important to take care of it. Women health should be taken care from the beginning. Fundamentally strong body would be less prone to diseases. Appropriate nutrients should be taken in the childhood which helps in formation of strong and healthy body. Physical health and mental health both are equally important. During puberty lot of physical changes happen in a female’s body which would need the right mindset to handle it. Another important change happens in women body at the time of conception which would lead to lot of changes in women’s body.
Work life Balance
Working women face the problem of balancing the work and home. Women need to get completely involved when it comes to home and similarly she has to give her 100% at work place as well. Healthy mind & soul would ensure a proper work life balance. If this balance is not maintained properly it creates stress and depression. As just like men even women would want to grow at work place simultaneously managing their house. Best key to strike the right balance is to commit basis your own ability. Physical Health
Hormonal changes would need the right body. It’s recommended to get periodical checkups at least once after every six months. Primarily all nutrients, hemoglobin and blood contents should be present in adequate ratio. Anemic women are more prone to diseases. Iron, calcium & protein should be taken in daily diet. All these nutrients are required for healthy mind to handle all situations in the intelligent manner. Healthy mind ensures healthy body. Pregnant women needs to be extra cautious and should ensure perfect health.
Basic Tips
Women across the globe are supposed to be stronger emotionally, mentally and physically then man. It’s important to have healthy food at all age. Students and Working women should try and take out some time for exercise on daily basis. Physical workout four times a week would be more than enough. Follow your passion and hobbies. Do your favorite activities at least once in every fifteen days. This will break the monotony and refresh your mind. Do one thing at least in a day for yourself.
